My client is currently seeking a Finance & Legal Administrator, this is a brilliant opportunity if you are looking for a company that can provide you with outstanding training to become a skilled and competent Finance & Legal Administrator!

What would your day or week look like?

Assisting the Finance/ Legal Team:

  • Daily posting routines
  • Maintaining and updating the cashbook
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing payments
  • Allocation of payments on daily banking sheet
  • Monitoring and chasing payment plans we have set up for clients
  • Completion of Proof of debts
  • Completion and arranging service for statutory demands
  • Preparing documents for referrals to our solicitors
  • Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
  • General Filing

You need to have good knowledge of general IT systems, be a brilliant communicator both verbal and written, organised and have a calm and professional disposition
