Our client, a prestigious market leading estate agent is looking to add to their portfolio of staff due to growth in the local area.

Key tasks of this role: -

 Qualifying applicants / Registering on system
 Organising contractors to attend to maintenance issues and liaising with landlords where applicable.
 Property File upkeep
 Putting together, printing and sending out property lists
 Handling day to day operations
 Assisting sales team members
 Diary management
 Filing office general office paperwork, sales paperwork
 Updating banking, pipeline and weekly spreadsheets
 Updating window display
 Preparing reports when needed
 Maintain office supplies
 Keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing completion monies
 File chasing
 Marketing/social media
 To provide administrative support
 To create brochures, flyers, marketing material, window cards, organise EPCs, place properties on the internet.
 To create invoices for fees and disbursements
 To help in providing an aftercare service to our clients.
 Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
 Expense claims
 Assisting with events
 Creating mail merges, running reports and mail outs
 Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration
 Ask questions, interact and discuss objectives and day to day work of your team
 Be responsible for the weekly and monthly and ad hoc advertising.
 Be responsible for general office housekeeping
 Be responsible for petty cash
 Ordering stationery
 Post – incoming distribution of post and franking of outgoing mail
 Arranging property viewing and survey appointments
 Any other role that is required and a perquisite of the job

Hours of work Monday to Friday – 9.00 – 5.30 with occasional Saturday

Salary from £16,000 - £18,000 depending on the individual
